Our Founder
Thomas Sinclair
President
Thomas Sinclair is a military aviator with founder-led experience spanning MQ-1/MQ-9 unmanned aircraft and C-17 airlift operations, including instruction, curriculum development, mission employment, aviation safety, and operational leadership. He brings extensive commercial aviation experience and holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate — the FAA's highest pilot certification, including Commercial, Multiengine, and Instrument privileges.
Thomas holds a Top Secret (SCI Eligible) security clearance and is enrolled in Continuous Vetting. He is an Executive MBA candidate at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business.
Talon ADI is SBA-certified SDVOSB (certified through March 2029) and SAM.gov registered and active.
