Thomas Sinclair
Founder & Principal
Founded by Thomas Sinclair, a career aviation professional with 22 years of military and commercial aviation experience as a pilot and instructor across both manned and unmanned aircraft. His background spans directing daily flight operations and aircrew scheduling, 8 years as a government contractor flying GOCO deployment operations and serving as a Formal Training Unit (FTU) Flight Instructor, Air Force Flight Safety Program Management, and a combat medic/EMT foundation.
Thomas is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business.
Talon ADI is SBA-certified SDVOSB and SAM.gov registered.
